Join Clair Highfield for a rejuvenating morning yoga practice in the Great Hall at Pacifica. This class is designed for those with some yoga experience who can comfortably move up and down from the ground and bear weight on their hands.
This is a donation-based 7-class series. The recommended donation for the full series is sliding scale $80-$120, no one turned away for lack of funds. The suggested donation for drop-ins is $10–$20 per class. If you’re feeling abundant, consider contributing more to support Pacifica’s efforts. Your extra donation can also help provide a spot for someone in need. Everyone deserves a good stretch, feel free to pay what you can!
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat and props (blocks, straps, or cushions as needed)
Practicing Yoga Safely:
Yoga is a journey of self-awareness and growth. To ensure a safe and fulfilling practice, please keep these principles in mind:
✔ Honor Your Limits: Every body is unique. Avoid pushing through pain or discomfort—modify poses as needed.
✔ Use Props When Needed: Blocks, straps, or cushions can support proper alignment and comfort.
✔ Stay Present: Focus on your breath and how each pose feels in your body rather than how it looks.
Please email clair@pacificagarden.org with anything about yourself that will be helpful to know for yoga classes, this could be a injury, fear, goal, intention or inspiration for your yoga practice.
PLease arrive 15 minutes early to the first class you attend to complete a waiver and check in with Clair. We look forward to practicing with you!
